📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Support the IT department in implementing and managing software and hardware.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT needs are met.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Support the IT department in ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
