📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the group accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
• Support the finance team in achieving key financial objectives and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the FMCG industry is a plus.
