Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of Lakebase products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Mentor and develop the skills of the sales team.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Represent Databricks at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or data industry.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong understanding of the Australian market and industry trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proven ability to mentor and develop sales teams.

Experience with data and analytics products is a plus.
