📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Analyze production data using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and optimize production schedules using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on production and maintenance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in maintenance and production optimization.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering planning and maintenance optimization.
• Proven experience with maintenance management systems (MMS) like IBM Maximo or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
• Certification in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) or similar is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
