📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop a sales team to achieve monthly targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Organize and participate in sales promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement training programs for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or sales management.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and sales management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
