As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our on-site restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure high-quality food and service by implementing and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Control inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Monitor and maintain profitability by tracking sales, expenses, and costs.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
