📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplining.,Monitor and control the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.,Ensure that the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained at a high level.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
