📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Ensure that all technical documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English is required.
