As Accounting Supervisor, you’ll manage daily financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. You’ll work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks or similar software
• Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations
• Implement and enforce financial controls to safeguard company assets
• Manage the finance team, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for the finance department
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a finance team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
