📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide face-to-face customer support to ensure clients' needs are met
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Use Salesforce and Zendesk to track and manage customer interactions
• Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
