As the Director, Lakebase Sales Specialists, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of Lakebase products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Represent Databricks at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or data industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop sales teams.
  • Experience with data and analytics products is a plus.
