📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome customers, guests, and visitors to the restaurant.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.,Assist with reservations and table arrangements.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the restaurant premises.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
