As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the business, from operations to customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Lead and participate in team meetings, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a restaurant or similar business.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
