In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that help our employees develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and workshops.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
