Sky Bay Abadi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
