📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to implement improvements and upgrades to existing systems.
• Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and performance metrics, for future reference.
• Assist in the calibration and testing of new equipment and machinery as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the technical support area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, MS Office, and technical documentation tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production deadlines.
