📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain server and network security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Document all IT-related issues and resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.,Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
