📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of a specific department.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals.,Coordinate and supervise departmental staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor departmental performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Identify and address departmental challenges and opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
