📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance and standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory and purchasing to maintain cost efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.,Lead and participate in culinary events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven leadership experience in a culinary setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of local and international cuisine.,Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
