📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.
