📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise structural engineering projects from conception to completion.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.,Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff in the team.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in leading projects.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
