You will work closely with our suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure that our products are delivered on time and in good condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all logistics operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, procurement, and delivery coordination.,Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we always have the necessary ingredients and supplies on hand.,Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure that orders are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.,Track and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling and transportation.,Maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze logistics data.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food handling and transportation is a plus.
