- Provide excellent customer service in Mandarin to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of the tea beverage industry is beneficial.
- Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
