Mandiri Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team in Samarinda. As a Senior Lab Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory tests and processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform and supervise a variety of laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.,Analyze and interpret test results to support product development and quality control.,Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other regulatory requirements.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous process improvement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Experience with quality control and quality assurance processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.
