📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the structural and scantling design of marine vessels, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.,Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure the integrity and safety of vessel structures.,Prepare and submit design documentation, including drawings, calculations, and reports, to regulatory authorities and clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in naval architecture.,Mentor and guide junior naval architects and engineers in the team.,Participate in feasibility studies and conceptual design phases for new vessel projects.,Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in naval architecture, with a focus on structural and scantling design.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for marine vessels.,Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, IMO, and flag state requirements.,Proficiency in using CAD software and other design tools commonly used in naval architecture.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Certification in ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (preferred).
