📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor and evaluate financial transactions and operations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.,Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.,Provide guidance and support to the finance team on risk management best practices and compliance issues.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.,Prepare and present regular risk reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management and financial compliance.,Train and mentor junior staff on risk management principles and compliance procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and financial compliance in a financial institution or related industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.,Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of risk management software and tools is a plus.
