📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Design, install, and maintain steam systems in the cement plant,Ensure the efficient and safe operation of steam boilers, turbines, and other related equipment,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of steam systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Troubleshoot and resolve steam system issues promptly,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the cement plant,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of steam systems,Conduct training and development programs for staff on steam engineering best practices🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in steam engineering, preferably in the cement industry,Strong knowledge of steam boiler and turbine systems,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work effectively in a team environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken🛠️ Keahlian
