• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work efficiently during peak hours, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques, continuously improving your skills.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee beans and supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or similar environment.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks with precision and care.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with patrons and address their needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
