📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance factory performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze production data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in factory performance and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in factory operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field are a plus.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
