Financing Officer - Purbalingga (Field Canvassing & Survey)

BTPN Syariah is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financing Officer to join our team in Purbalingga, Central Java. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our financial services by conducting field canvassing, client visits, and surveys to identify potential customers and assess their needs. As a Financing Officer, you will be the bridge between our company and our clients, ensuring that our financial solutions meet their specific requirements.

In this role, you will use our proprietary CRM system, BTPN Syariah Mobile Banking, and other financial tools to manage client interactions, track progress, and ensure that our financial solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. You will also work closely with our team of financial experts to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field canvassing and client visits to identify potential customers and assess their financial needs.
• Use BTPN Syariah Mobile Banking and other financial tools to manage client interactions and track progress.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our financial services and drive growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our financial products and services.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other financial tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the BTPN Syariah Mobile Banking system is a plus.
