📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize packaging designs using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure packaging solutions meet functional and environmental requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new packaging concepts.
• Oversee the production of packaging prototypes and evaluate their performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to propose innovative packaging solutions.
• Provide technical support to the production team to ensure smooth implementation of packaging designs.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives and contribute to reducing the environmental impact of our packaging.
• Support the maternity leave cover by assisting the team during the transition period.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging development, with a focus on sustainable solutions.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials and their properties.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality improvement methodology is a plus.
