📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, using our in-house HRIS system.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve our HR processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
