📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of the industrial sector and its key players.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
